JPMorgan to price one-year digital notes tied to AngloGold Ashanti

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 11 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% digital notes due April 1, 2015 linked to the American Depositary Shares of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If AngloGold ADSs finish at or above 65% of the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed return of at least 10.75%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the share price.

The final share price will be the average of the closing ADS prices on the five trading days ending March 27, 2015.

The notes (Cusip: 48127DBJ6) are expected to price March 14 and settle March 19.
