JPMorgan plans to price five-year range accrual floating-rate notes

Madison, Wis., July 15 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price range accrual floating-rate notes due July 24, 2018, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at Libor plus 100 basis points for each day that Libor is 5.75% or less. Interest is payable quarterly and cannot be less than zero.
The payout at maturity will be par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on July 19 and settle on June 24.
The Cusip number is 48126D5S4.
