New Issue: JPMorgan prices $41.73 million enhanced participation notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., April 11 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $41.73 million of 0% enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 14, 2014 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.82 times any gain in the index. Investors will be exposed to any losses.
