Chicago, Feb. 28 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.79 million of market-linked notes with contingent coupons due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes at or above the initial level on any quarterly review date, the notes will pay a coupon at an annualized rate of 3.4%.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain and the final contingent coupon payment.
