New York, Nov. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.29 million of 0% notes due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
The level of the index reflects a deduction of a fee of 0.5% per year that accrues daily.
