JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares EM

New York, Oct. 31 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 30, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund, subject to a maximum return of 19% to 23%, with the exact cap to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 48126NZR1) are expected to price on Nov. 25 and settle on Nov. 29.
