New Issue: JPMorgan prices $345,000 capped buffered equity notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Oct. 11 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $345,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 15, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, up to a maximum payment of $1,162.50 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
