New Issue: JPMorgan sells $198,000 capped buffered equity notes on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Jan. 9 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $198,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due April 11, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $1,132 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
