JPMorgan plans protected notes due 2018 with no cap linked to 15 stocks

Chicago, Sept. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due July 10, 2018 linked to a basket of 15 equally weighted stocks, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying companies are McDonald's Corp., Kraft Foods Inc., Altria Group, Inc., Coca-Cola Co., Proctor & Gamble Co., Novartis AG, Unilever NV, Total SA, Royal Dutch Shell plc, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Inc., ConocoPhillips, Roche Holding Ltd., International Business Machines Corp. and Vodafone Group plc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Oct. 5 and settle on Oct. 10.
The Cusip number is 48126DAN9.
