New Issue: JPMorgan prices $8.77 million PLUS tied to iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Oct. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $8.77 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 30, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any increase in the fund share price, capped at 23.5%.
Investors will share in any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as distributor.
