JPMorgan to price buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Milwaukee, Feb. 26 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 30, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 20% to 23% that will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
The notes are expected to price March 26 and settle March 31.
