New York, Aug. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.54 million of floating-rate notes due Aug. 28, 2013 linked to the Consumer Price Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly at an annual rate equal to the year-over-year change in the CPI times 1.32, with a floor of 0%.
