JPMorgan to sell three-year floaters linked to CPI

Chicago, Aug. 15 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price floating-rate notes due Sept. 2, 2011 linked to the Consumer Price Index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly at an annual rate of 1.3 times the year-over-year change in the CPI, with a floor of 0%.

The notes are expected to price on Aug. 27 and settle on Sept. 2.
