JPMorgan plans issue of principal-protected notes linked to Dow Jones - AIG index

Philadelphia, Sept. 13 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price principal-protected notes due April 18, 2013 linked to the Dow Jones - AIG Commodity index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to price Oct. 15 and settle Oct. 18.

Payout at maturity will be par plus any gain on the index times a participation rate that will be determined at pricing and will be at least 127%.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be the agent.
