JPMorgan to issue 0% lesser index return enhanced notes linked to Topix, Nikkei 225

Des Moines, May 11 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price an issue of 0% lesser index return enhanced notes due June 30, 2008 linked to the Topix and Nikkei 225 indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to price on May 29 and settle on May 31.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any positive return on the lesser-performing index. The return will be capped at 35%. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be the agent.
