New Issue: JPMorgan prices $0.175 million 0% principal-protected notes linked to S&P 500
New York, March 29 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced a $0.175 million offering of zero-coupon principal-protected notes due Sept. 30, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any increase in the index. Investors will receive at least par.
