New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.19 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 5.25% initial rate

Buffalo, N.Y., March 19 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.19 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due March 14, 2034, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually at a 5.25% per annum initial rate, which steps up to 6% on March 14, 2028, to 7% on March 14, 2031 and to 8.5% on March 14, 2033.
The notes will be callable at par semiannually beginning March 14, 2026.
The payout at maturity will be par.
