JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes linked to MSCI EM

New York, March 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 25, 2025 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the index subject to a maximum return of 30.05%. If the index declines but not more than 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the 10% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on March 21 and settle on March 26.
The Cusip number is 48134WK48.
