New Issue: JPMorgan prices $19.26 million trigger jump securities on Amazon
New York, Jan. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $19.26 million of 0% trigger jump securities due May 5, 2025 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the stock is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the stock return and 25%. Investors will receive par if the stock declines but finishes at or above the 80% trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below the trigger level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
