New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 capped notes linked to SPDR S&P 500
New York, Nov. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% capped notes due April 2, 2026 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the ETF capped at par plus 22.25%. Otherwise the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
