New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.52 million autocallable yield notes on Apple, Nvidia

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.52 million of 11.9% autocallable yield notes due Nov. 19, 2025 linked to the common stocks of Apple Inc. and Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

Beginning May 14, 2024, the notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its trigger level, 60% of its initial share price, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines from its initial share price.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
