JPMorgan to price 0% return enhanced notes linked to Nikkei 225

Seattle, Feb. 20 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price an issue of 0% return enhanced notes due March 5, 2008 linked to the Nikkei 225 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are expected to price on Feb. 23 and settle on Feb. 28.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any positive return on the index, subject to a maximum total return that will be at least 29.25% and will be determined at pricing. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
The final index level will be the average of its closing levels on Feb. 25, Feb. 28, Feb. 27, Feb. 28 and Feb. 29 of 2008.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be the agent.
