New York, Sept. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.09 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 25, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 40.25%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
