Chicago, Aug. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $100,000 of 0% dual directional notes due July 30, 2026 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
At maturity, the payout will be par plus 19% if the index finishes above the initial level.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
