New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.07 million uncapped digital barrier notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, S&P

New York, July 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.07 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due July 6, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index ends at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index’s return and 50.15%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by no more than 25% and lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
