New York, May 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.1 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 10, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.2%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by no more than 10% and lose 1% for every 1% the index declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
