Chicago, May 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due July 18, 2024 linked to the common stock of Tesla, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the stock gains, the payout will be par plus the stock return capped at par plus 73.7%.
The payout will be par plus 100% of the absolute value of the stock return if the stock declines but by no more than the 25% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
