New York, May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due May 28, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 75% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
