Buffalo, N.Y., April 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% autocallable return enhanced notes due April 27, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 8% if the index closes at or above its initial level on April 24, 2024.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.55 times the gain of the index.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
