Chicago, Feb. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $615,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due May 15, 2024 linked to the common stock of JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12.35% paid quarterly if the stock closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called at par starting Nov. 10, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the stock ends at or above its 65% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines, payable as cash or shares at the issuer’s option.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
