New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million digital equity notes linked to Nasdaq-100
Chicago, Feb. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% digital equity notes due June 1, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, $1,087.40 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% index decline beyond 20%.
