Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.21 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Dec. 21, 2023 linked to the least performing of the stocks of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each stock finishes at or above its 70% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a 14.3% digital return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 30%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
