New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.23 million autocallable barrier notes linked to Nasdaq, S&P
New York, Dec. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.23 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes due June 17, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a 17.15% call premium if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on Dec. 13, 2023.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus the worst performing index return.
Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 70% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
