New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.13 million digital contingent buffered notes linked to AMD

New York, Oct. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.13 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Sept. 19, 2024 linked to the common stock of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock finishes at or above 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 45%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final level is less than the initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
