Chicago, Oct. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% autocallable enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 16, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 12.45% call premium if the index closes at or above initial level on Feb. 22, 2023.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the index return.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
