New York, May 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due June 15, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the index, capped at par plus 29.8%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
