Los Angeles, May 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $300,000 of 0% notes due April 3, 2024 linked to the J.P. Morgan Mojave index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times the index return, subject to a floor of par.
The level of the index reflects the deduction of a fee of 0.5% per year that accrues daily and a notional financing cost, the issuer noted.
