New Issue: JPMorgan prices $515,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on S&P

Chicago, May 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $515,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 12.4%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
