New Issue: JPMorgan sells $20.8 million return enhanced autocallables on indexes

New York, March 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20.8 million of 0% autocallable return enhanced notes due March 15, 2024 linked to the least performing of the PHLX Semiconductor Sector index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus 15% if each index closes at or above its initial level on March 15, 2022.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.05 times the gain of the worse performing index.

If the final level of one or more indexes is greater than its initial level and the final level of the other index or indexes is equal to its initial level or the final level of each index is equal to its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of any index is less than its initial level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
