New York, March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.54 million 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due June 3, 2022 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 16%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
