New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.83 million uncapped barrier notes tied to ARK ETFs

Los Angeles, Feb. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.83 million of 0% uncapped barrier notes due Jan. 21, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the ARK Innovation exchange-traded fund and the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each ETF finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the return of the worse performing ETF.

If either ETF falls but each ETF finishes at or above the 60% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing ETF.
