New York, Feb. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $430,000 of 0% review notes due Jan. 11, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 10.3% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called, meaning the index has closed below its initial level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines from initial.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
