New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.79 million capped return enhanced notes on S&P 500

Los Angeles, Sept. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.79 million 0% capped return enhanced notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain, capped at par plus 13.5%. Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
