New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.81 million capped gears on Consumer Staples ETF

Los Angeles, July 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4,811,000 of 0% capped gears due Aug. 30, 2021 linked to the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 15.1%. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
