Atlantic Investments' ownership of Joy Global dips below 5%

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 8 - Atlantic Investment Management, Inc. sold 230,070 shares of Joy Global Inc.'s stock, reducing its ownership interest in the company to 4.9%.

The investor reported a series of buy and sell transactions between Dec. 10 and Jan. 24 in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were priced from $50.35 to $65.41.

Atlantic Investment beneficially owns 5,330,267 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Joy Global, based in Milwaukee, manufactures and services mining equipment used for the extraction of coal and other minerals and ores.
