New Issue: Jordan prices $1 billion 5¾% notes due January 2027 at 5.8% yield

Atlanta, Oct. 25 – Jordan priced $1 billion 5¾% notes due January 2027 at 99.628 to yield 5.8%, or Treasuries plus 403.2 basis points, a market source said.

Citigroup and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the deal.

Other details were not immediately available on Tuesday.
