Jones Lang LaSalle sells $1 million of stock in private placement

Company sells 94,251 class M-I common shares at $10.61 apiece in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 17 – Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, Inc. settled a $1 million private placement of stock on Dec. 16, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 94,251 class M-I common shares at $10.61 per share. The price per share is a 92.52% discount to the closing share price on Dec. 15 of $141.87.

Jones Lang LaSalle is a real estate investment trust in Chicago.
