Jindal Cotex will consider selling foreign-currency convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 18 - Jindal Cotex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will consider plans to issue foreign-currency convertible bonds at a meeting on Monday.
The company also is considering foreign-currency exchangeable bonds, depository receipts and other convertible securities.
Ludhiana, India-based Jindal Cotex makes acrylic, polyester and polyester-viscose, polyester cotton, combed and carded yarns.
