Moody's says JDA view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed JDA Software Group, Inc.'s B1 corporate family rating and B1 senior note rating but changed the outlook to negative from stable.

Moody's said the change in outlook was prompted by the company's inability to file its 2011 annual report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a result of enquiries by the SEC.
