Jamestown CLO II manager, holders discuss potential note refinancing

Minneapolis, Feb. 8 – Jamestown CLO II Ltd./Jamestown CLO II Corp. said its portfolio manager and certain noteholders are exploring a potential redemption of its secured notes in whole or in part, according to a notice.

The class A-1, A-2A, A-2B, B, C and D notes would be redeemed using proceeds from replacement notes.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
